This class focuses specifically on the horse's TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) region and its involvement in performance. We work with the mandible, the temporos, maxilla, and the sphenoid bone of the horse. Each day students review the anatomy as it pertains to the hands-on techniques. Students are introduced to the relationship between trauma and cranial dysfunction. The impact of bits, dental work and head injuries and how they can effect and contribute to TMJ will be addressed. ECS3 also introduces palpitation of spirit with sensitive touch.
Please review our schedule and choose the location and date that's best for you.
