WORKSHOP FEES

Equine CranioSacral Workshops requires that all persons attending its workshops (“Registrants”) complete and submit an online registration.  Registrants must pay a deposit  or 1/3 of the workshop fees upon registration with the balance due no later than 3 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Equine CranioSacral Workshops: 

Equine CranioSacral Workshops may, at its sole discretion, cancel a workshop for any reason and will endeavor to reschedule the workshop.  Registrants will be notified of the cancellation and the date(s) of the rescheduled workshop.  Payments/deposits made by a Registrant will be transferred to the rescheduled workshop provided that the Registrant completes and submits an updated registration form with the date(s) of the future workshop.  It is the responsibility of the Registrant to re-register for the new workshop it would like to attend and to do so within one year of the original registration.  If Registrant fails to re-register within such one-year period, its payments/deposits will no longer be transferable and will be forfeited.  (Equine CranioSacral Workshops is not responsible to notify Registrants of new workshop dates.  If a Registrant does not re-register as required for new workshop date(s), it is not registered for the new workshop date(s) and not eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE.)

No registration fee refunds will be provided to Registrants unless Equine CranioSacral Workshops is unable to reschedule the cancelled workshop.  In such case, if a Registrant submitted any payments/deposits for the cancelled workshop via credit card, the Registrant will receive a refund of its payment/deposit for such workshop to the original credit card used at the time of registration if within 90 days, after 90 days refunds are done by Pay Pal . (Registrants may need to resend their credit card information (including expiry date) to Equine CranioSacral Workshops to ensure a refund can be processed.)  Refunds may take up to 30-60 days after workshop cancellation.  If the credit card that Registrant used for its original registration is no longer valid or active, or the refund request is 120 days past the original registration date, refunds will be made via PayPal only.

Cancellation by Registrant:

A Registrant may cancel its attendance for a workshop.  Any payments/deposits made by a Registrant for the cancelled workshop will be transferred to a future workshop provided that the Registrant (i) complete and submit an updated registration form with the date(s) of the future workshop; and (ii) pays a $30 transfer fee.  (It is the responsibility of the Registrant to re-register for the new workshop it would like to attend and to do so within one year of the original registration.  If Registrant fails to re-register within such one-year period, its payments/deposits will no longer be transferable and will be forfeited.  (Equine CranioSacral Workshops is not responsible to notify Registrants of new workshop dates.  If a Registrant does not re-register as required for new workshop date(s), it is not registered for the new workshop date(s) and not eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE.)

If a Registrant cancels its attendance for a workshop more than 21 days prior to the first day of the workshop, Registrant has the option to either have its deposit: (a) returned less a 50% administrative service charge on the deposit; or (b) transferred to a future workshop provided that the Registrant (i) complete and submit an updated registration form with the date(s) of the future workshop; and (ii) pays the transfer fee of $30 (or such amount stated in Registrant’s registration).  For avoidance of doubt, if Registrant cancels its attendance for a workshop less than 20 days prior to the first day of the workshop, Registrant may only proceed with option (b) above.

Neither Equine CranioSacral Workshops nor its Instructor shall be held legally responsible for business conflicts, medical emergencies, cancelled flights, personal reasons, venue changes, accommodation or flight costs due to workshop cancellations.  Exceptions to the foregoing cannot be made for any reason

Exchange rates and fees:

Equine CranioSacral Workshops is not responsible for changes in exchange rates between the time of the original registration and completion of the refund. Equine CranioSacral Workshops is not responsible for any fees via PayPal, credit card companies or banks incur for the refund.

NO REFUND full or partial is given once a person who has registered has attended a workshop and received copies of written material/manuals.

Equine CranioSacral Workshops does reserve the right to dismiss a student who is unsafe with animals or practices outside of our workshop guidelines and rules- NO REFUND is given.
